About
Bryce Ashby is a committed attorney known for his deep experience in employment law, wage and hour disputes, and immigration matters. He works hard to help people get fair outcomes in every case, whether inside or outside the courtroom. His goal is always to protect clients’ rights and support them with strong legal care.
Bryce began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Rhodes College. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis in 2007, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the law review. His legal education built a strong base for his courtroom and client advocacy skills, which he continues to use every day.
Bryce gained early legal experience as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Bernice B. Donald. He also served in the Peace Corps, where he developed a passion for community work. Fluent in Spanish, he has worked closely with Latino clients on immigration cases and has helped guide families through the legal system with care.
Bryce has taught legal writing at the University of Memphis School of Law as an adjunct professor. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, including the Tennessee Supreme Court, and multiple U.S. District and Circuit Courts. His broad licensure allows him to support clients in a wide range of legal settings.
Bryce’s practice also includes personal injury, workers’ compensation, and consumer law. He has earned recognition as a Super Lawyers® honoree and is a proud Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. His involvement in legal associations shows his dedication to the profession.
