Bryan White is a seasoned litigator known for achieving powerful results in class actions, personal injury, employment discrimination, and medical malpractice cases. With over $85 million recovered for clients in the last five years, Bryan is driven by his commitment to give a voice to individuals harmed physically, financially, or emotionally by preventable actions.
Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Columbia School of Law, graduating with honors and induction into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served on the Missouri Law Review and received the Sidney L. Faber Award. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same university, which he earned in 2003.
Bryan handles all phases of litigation, from negotiation to trial and appeals. He has secured some of Missouri’s top settlements in 2020 and 2021, including multiple multimillion-dollar results from his 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid litigation. His courtroom achievements include substantial verdicts and a landmark Missouri Supreme Court appeal in Templemire v. W&M Welding, Inc., which expanded protections for employees facing retaliation.
Beyond trial work, Bryan has argued before the Supreme Court of Missouri and multiple U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals. He’s also contributed appellate briefs to the United States Supreme Court, underscoring his versatile litigation skills and appellate strength.
