Bryan T. Kroes

Bryan T. Kroes is an attorney whose practice combines legal knowledge with hands-on experience in the construction industry. Before entering the legal profession, he owned and operated a residential general contracting and remodeling business in southeastern Wisconsin. That background gives him practical insight into the challenges faced by contractors, property owners, and businesses across a wide range of projects.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he studied Psychology/Criminal Justice and completed a Certificate: Death Investigation. He later earned a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During law school, he participated in both the Marquette University Pro Bono Society and the Marquette University Entertainment Law Society.

Bryan focuses on construction law, commercial and residential real property matters, intellectual property issues, and entertainment law. His work includes contract negotiation, property acquisition, financing matters, and dispute resolution. He assists contractors, designers, owners, musicians, artists, publishers, and other creative professionals with legal matters involving contracts, copyrights, business concerns, and property-related issues.

Bryan has also built a strong reputation as a legal author and educator. He has written and edited numerous publications addressing construction law topics, including lien law, bond law, licensing requirements, and industry developments. In addition, he has presented seminars and lectures on intellectual property, construction law, contract issues, music law, and entertainment-related legal concerns for professional organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups.

Bryan T. Kroes helps clients protect their interests, resolve disputes, and make informed decisions in construction, real estate, intellectual property, and entertainment matters. Bryan serves in leadership and professional roles within legal and industry organizations. He is a founding member and Treasurer of the Wisconsin Entertainment Lawyers Association and remains active in several sections of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
