Michael S. Linscott is a seasoned civil litigation lawyer with deep trial experience in federal and state courts in Oklahoma, Texas, and Pennsylvania. He has tried more than 40 jury trials and bench trials, handling complex disputes with steady preparation, clear strategy, and practical guidance for clients facing serious legal risks.
Michael earned his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. He later earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991. His education gave him strong analytical skills, which support his careful approach to evidence, argument, negotiation, and problem-solving in litigation matters.
Michael represents clients in environmental cases, including Superfund cost recovery litigation and environmental claim defense. His work also includes insurance coverage, bad faith claims, personal injury defense, property claims defense, healthcare litigation, probate and trust disputes, business disputes, construction cases, real estate litigation, arbitrations, oil and gas matters, and energy disputes.
