Bryan M. Everitt

Bryan M. Everitt is a partner at the Dagger Law Firm, LLP, where he concentrates on transactional law serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Ohio. His practice focuses on business law, real estate transactions, probate administration, and estate planning. He advises clients through property acquisitions, title matters, business formation, succession planning, and complex commercial transactions. Bryan is licensed to practice before all Ohio state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and he is a licensed Ohio title insurance agent. He is also accredited to represent clients before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, allowing him to assist eligible individuals with specialized legal needs.

Bryan earned a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy. He also holds an M.E.M. from Old Dominion University and completed graduate-level coursework in Political Science while serving as a Professor of Naval Science. He earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School, where he was selected to the Order of the Curia and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
