Mark E. Stephenson is a seasoned Ohio attorney with a legal practice focused on probate litigation, estate planning, estate administration, and business law. With more than 30 years of experience, he delivers skilled representation and practical guidance to clients navigating complex legal matters across northern Ohio and surrounding regions.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 1977 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1980. His legal education, combined with decades of courtroom and advisory experience, has made him a trusted advocate in both civil and probate courts.
Before entering private practice, Mark served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Lorain County, Ohio. This early prosecutorial experience sharpened his litigation skills and deepened his understanding of the legal system. Since then, he has successfully guided clients through contested estates, complex business issues, and probate disputes with dedication and clarity.
Mark is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio, U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio and Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. These admissions allow him to serve a broad range of client needs at both state and federal levels.
