Timothy S. Trigilio is a founding member of Trigilio, Stephenson & Dattilo, P.L.L., where he brings over four decades of experience in real estate law, business and corporate matters, estate planning, and probate. His practice includes both transactional and litigation services, serving clients across Northern Ohio.
Timothy earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1977 and Juris Doctor in 1980, both from The Ohio State University. Admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1980, he has since built a practice known for reliable legal counsel and skilled courtroom representation in both state and federal courts.
In real estate law, Timothy advises clients on residential and commercial development, property sales, leases, and complex transactions. He supports individuals, developers, and investors in navigating legal requirements and achieving favorable outcomes in high-stakes deals.
