Bryan Arce is a highly experienced employment discrimination attorney and a Managing Partner at Phillips & Associates in New York City. Bryan’s path to employment law was shaped by personal experience. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for 12 years as a chef in the food service and hospitality industry, where he witnessed firsthand the challenges workers face, including discrimination and unfair treatment. This background gives him a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of workplace violations’ impact on employees.

Bryan earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1993 before attending Brooklyn Law School, where he obtained his J.D. in 2009. While in law school, he gained valuable legal experience as a Judicial Intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) under the Honorable Erin M. Stilp. This opportunity gave him key insights into the administrative and judicial processes for handling workplace discrimination cases.

In 2011, Bryan founded his law firm, focusing on fighting for employees in New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in multiple federal and state courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Second Circuit. He later joined Phillips & Associates, where he continues advocating for employees’ rights.
