Bruce Brusavich

Bruce Brusavich is a Partner at ACTS LAW with decades of experience representing thousands of individuals and businesses in complex litigation. His practice includes personal injury, insurance bad faith, business litigation, elder abuse, professional malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death. He is a seasoned trial lawyer known for strong advocacy and results.

Mr. Brusavich earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate’s Degree from Don Bosco Technical Institute. His education laid the foundation for his extensive career in trial and litigation.

With more than 100 jury trials, Mr. Brusavich guides clients through every stage of litigation with steady counsel and strategic focus. He frequently teaches Continuing Legal Education programs, testifies before the state legislature, and serves as an expert witness in legal malpractice matters, reflecting his deep knowledge of trial practice.

Mr. Brusavich is the Past President of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Consumer Attorneys of California. In these roles, he helped lead efforts to reform the summary judgment statute, establish a two-year statute of limitations, improve the administration of justice, and maintain statewide trial court funding.

Mr. Brusavich has earned many honors, including the Daily Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers of 2025, Super Lawyers 2004-2025, Trial Lawyer of the Year – Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and induction into the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles – Hall of Fame in 2016. He has also been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Attorneys in California.

Bruce Brusavich’s results include significant verdicts and settlements, such as a $120M confidential settlement involving community contamination, a $73M class action settlement, a $53M judgment related to the Alliance of American Football, and multiple multimillion-dollar injury, property, and insurance recovery cases.
