Bruce A. Miller

Bruce A. Miller is a nationally respected labor, employment, and civil rights attorney based in Detroit, Michigan. A senior attorney at Miller Cohen, PLC, Mr. Miller has spent decades advocating for working people, unions, and marginalized communities. His practice spans employment law, workers’ compensation, and constitutional rights, and he is known for achieving lasting results through strategic litigation and tireless advocacy.

Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor’s degree, followed by a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. He has been instrumental in major legal victories, including a landmark 12-year case against Ex-Cell-O that secured over $3 million for workers and a $14 million arbitration award. He also played a key role in establishing the right of retired employees to receive workers’ compensation.
