Brooks received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and is a member of both the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.
Brooks regularly assists clients with comprehensive estate planning, including the drafting and coordination of wills, trusts, and asset distribution strategies. He also advises business owners on ownership transfer and succession planning, ensuring continuity and alignment with family and organizational goals.
Brooks previously worked as a Certified Public Accountant and tax specialist with the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.
