About
Brook Miscoski practices business and corporate law at Fetterman Law. He assists with nonprofit setup and formation, Software and SaaS Agreements, Business Dissolution, HR and Employment, Trademarks and Intellectual Property, and Business Litigation Law. His work supports clients who need clear guidance for business challenges.
Brook pursued degrees in music from Florida Southern College and the University of South Florida. After completing his master’s degree, he attended Northwestern University School of Law. There, he served on the Law Review, graduated cum laude, and built a strong base for legal problem-solving.
Brook was invited to serve in the University’s Center for International Human Rights. He also led a team of ten researchers who studied death penalty practices around the world. Their work led to a presentation of findings to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France.
Brook began practicing during the late 2000’s recession. His opportunities took him to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he rose to managing partner of a small business law firm. In that role, he led both a transactional practice and a litigation practice.
Brook values business law because it allows him to work with businesses and non-profits in a cost-effective, sustainable manner. He views the attorney-client relationship as a partnership, not just a list of tasks. This approach helps clients seek practical answers and steady legal support.
Brook Miscoski is licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, and Illinois. At Fetterman Law, he brings broad business law experience to clients who need help with formation, agreements, employment matters, intellectual property, disputes, and litigation. His practice reflects careful planning, clear communication, and practical legal judgment.
