Brittany Brideau

Brittany Brideau is a dedicated personal injury attorney with a solid background in litigation and client advocacy. She brings a sharp legal mind and real-world experience to every case, helping people hurt in serious accidents fight for justice and fair compensation.

Brittany completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo before earning her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center. During law school, she gained hands-on experience through externships with the Federal Defenders of New York and the United States District Court under Honorable Leonard D. Wexler.

Brittany’s personal injury practice covers a broad range of accident and injury cases. She represents clients injured in car accidents, truck crashes, motorcycle and bicycle collisions, and pedestrian accidents. She also handles Uber and Lyft accident claims, construction site injuries, slip and fall cases, and wrongful death lawsuits.

Before shifting to plaintiff-side work, Brittany spent several years with large private defense firms. There, she handled personal injury, premises liability, and labor law claims. Her previous defense experience gives her a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate—knowledge she now uses to serve injured clients better.

Brittany Brideau is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Her early work also included pro bono representation in bankruptcy clinics and legal internships focusing on corporate, employment, and negligence law.
