Brian Must is a founding member of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe LLC and serves as chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. With decades of experience, he focuses on delivering strong trial advocacy in complex business disputes. Brian represents companies in matters involving contract claims, shareholder disputes, corporate liability, oil and gas litigation, and employment issues. His work centers on achieving favorable results through strategic preparation and clear communication.

Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa, where he contributed to the Tulsa Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Barristers. He completed his B.A. at Grove City College. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and multiple federal district courts, allowing him to handle a wide range of complex and high-stakes litigation matters.

Throughout his career, Brian has focused on trying cases before juries, judges, and arbitration panels. He has extensive experience managing large commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, directors and officers claims, and corporate litigation. His reputation as a skilled courtroom advocate is supported by consistent recognition in The Best Lawyers in America® and an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. His steady approach and deep knowledge of litigation strategy help clients navigate difficult conflicts with confidence.
