Brian Moore has built his career on providing guidance in elder law, estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and special needs planning. With decades of experience, he works to ensure that families and individuals have the legal protection and clarity they need for the future, especially in sensitive areas affecting aging and vulnerable populations.

Brian began his academic journey earning a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University at Montgomery, followed by a Master of Arts from the same institution. He then completed his Juris Doctor at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law before advancing his studies with a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. His educational background provides a solid foundation for addressing the complex tax and legal issues that often intersect with estate and elder law.

Brian has held multiple leadership and teaching roles during his career. He practiced law as a partner in several Alabama firms before founding his own practice in 2009. In addition, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he shared his knowledge of legal principles with future attorneys. His time as Commissioner of the Alabama Medicaid Agency further strengthened his reputation as an authority in Medicaid, long-term care, and related planning issues.

Brian has also been honored for his professional and academic achievements, including recognition as an Outstanding Graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery in 1994. His commitment to advancing the profession is reflected in his long-standing membership in the Alabama State Bar, where he has been active since 1990. These accomplishments underscore his dedication to both his clients and the broader legal community.
