Drew C. Benham

Drew C. Benham is an attorney with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A., where her practice includes business and corporate law, complex litigation, labor and employment law, and estate planning. Since 2014, she has advised clients in probate, trusts, real estate transactions, and employment disputes, earning recognition among Arkansas’s “Best Lawyers” for her work in both employment and estate law.

Drew earned her Bachelor of Science in History from Hendrix College in 2006, where she also studied abroad at Oxford University in England. Drew then pursued her legal education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating with high honors in 2013 and ranking sixth in her class. While in law school, she served on the Law Review Editorial Board as Notes and Comments Editor, further sharpening her legal writing and analysis skills.

Drew is admitted to practice in all Arkansas State District and Circuit Courts, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
