Brian K. Julian

Brian K. Julian is the founder and senior partner of Anderson, Julian & Hull, LLP in Boise, Idaho. A litigator with decades of experience, he represents corporations, government entities, schools, insurers, businesses, and individuals in state, federal, tribal, and appellate forums. His practice covers education law, employment and labor law, insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, professional liability, construction disputes, civil rights, real estate, personal injury defense, and appeals.

Julian graduated cum laude from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1978. He served as managing editor of the Idaho Law Review and received several academic and leadership scholarships and honors. His legal training and long courtroom career support his ability to evaluate difficult disputes, develop practical strategies, and advise clients on both litigation and business decisions.

Julian has served as lead trial counsel in more than 100 cases and has represented clients in matters ranging from Tribal Court to the U.S. Supreme Court. His work includes employment disputes, school law claims, insurance coverage issues, governmental liability, contract disputes, products liability, professional malpractice, and commercial transactions. He also advises clients on employment decisions, policy development, contract preparation, business formation, mediation, and other methods of resolving disputes outside the courtroom.

Brian K.
