Brian K. Carroll is an experienced attorney whose practice centers on estate and trust planning and administration, elder law, real estate law, probate law, and business law. He also represents clients in business litigation matters. His work focuses on protecting assets, guiding families through estate transitions, and helping individuals plan for long-term care and financial security with confidence.

Brian earned his B.S. in 1978 from Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana. He then attended Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, Indiana, where he received his J.D. in 1982. He graduated cum laude, building a strong academic foundation that continues to support his detailed and practical approach to legal matters.

Brian has been admitted to the Indiana Supreme Court since 1982. He was also admitted to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana in 1982 and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana in 1982. In 1985, he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, an Indiana Certified Trust and Estate Specialist by the Trust and Estate Specialization Board, and a VA Accredited Attorney.

Brian K. Carroll has held numerous leadership roles within the Evansville Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association, including Chair positions in probate, elder law, general practice, and real property, probate, and trust sections. He has also served as a Delegate to the Indiana State Bar Association House of Delegates and as Chair of the Indiana Disciplinary Commission from 2019-2020. His honors include Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. Through published works, seminars, and representative appellate cases, Brian continues to provide thoughtful legal guidance backed by decades of experience.
