Julien earned his H.S. Diploma from Hebron Academy. He completed his B.A. – Government & World Affairs (Honors Program) at the University of Tampa. He later received his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, where he was selected for the Bride Entrepreneurial Fellowship.
