Brian H. Pollock, Esquire is a seasoned Florida attorney with over two decades of legal experience, focused primarily on representing employees in wage and hour disputes. As the founder of FairLaw Firm in 2004, Brian has dedicated his practice to fighting for workers who have been denied overtime pay, minimum wages, or earned compensation, while also advising employers on how to avoid workplace issues and defending them in litigation when necessary.
Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1996, and received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. That same year, he was admitted to The Florida Bar, and is now licensed to practice in all Florida state trial and appellate courts, as well as in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Fluent in the language of civil litigation, Brian has successfully handled cases at both trial and appellate levels, including matters that have reached Florida’s highest court and even the U.S. Supreme Court. His efforts have helped recover millions of dollars for clients wronged by wage theft and employment violations.
Recognized for his legal expertise, Brian H. Pollock has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013–2014) and later a Super Lawyer (2021). He also served two terms on The Florida Bar’s Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee, including time as chair, reflecting his commitment to upholding legal standards and consumer protection.
