Brian C. Farrell

Brian C. Farrell is an accomplished employment attorney with extensive experience representing both employees and employers in complex workplace disputes. Known for his strategic litigation approach, he has handled a wide range of employment law matters involving federal and state discrimination laws, civil rights claims, and workplace protections.

Brian earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 2010 and obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, he was a member of the National Trial Team and received the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law, setting the tone for his distinguished career in employment litigation.

A highlight of Brian’s legal work includes leading the first constitutional challenge to the Americans with Disabilities Act on behalf of a transgender client in Blatt v. Cabela’s Retail. The case marked a legal milestone, with a federal court recognizing that transgender individuals are not categorically excluded from ADA protections—an important step in civil rights litigation.

Brian has consistently been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Pennsylvania (2018–2023) and New Jersey (2020–2023) for his work in employment law. His litigation experience spans both the private and public sectors, and he has represented clients in federal and state courts across multiple jurisdictions.

Brian C. Farrell is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also licensed before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
