Brett Yorke

Brett Yorke is a Partner at the Law Office of Ball & Yorke, where he passionately represents individuals in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and wage and hour matters. Brett earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Cultural Anthropology, from San Diego State University. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he also earned a certificate in Trial Advocacy. During law school, he was a finalist in the Benjamin Frantz Mock Trial competition and studied under Justice Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria.

While at McGeorge, Brett participated in the prestigious Federal Public Defender program, representing indigent defendants in federal court. This formative experience solidified his commitment to defending the rights of those in need and strengthened his litigation skills. Following graduation, he returned to Ventura County to represent individuals against powerful corporations, insurance companies, and product manufacturers.

Since 2013, Brett has managed complex litigation involving trucking and auto collisions, industrial accidents, product defects, and wage violations. His tireless advocacy has resulted in millions recovered for injured clients and families seeking accountability. A firm believer in fairness and consumer protection, he continues to stand up for those harmed by negligence or corporate misconduct.
