Matthew S. Payne brings over two decades of experience to his real estate and civil litigation practice. Concentrating primarily on landlord-tenant law, forcible detainer cases, and Schaumburg Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance matters, he has developed a reputation for his detailed knowledge and practical approach to complex real estate disputes.
