Brett Henry brings over two decades of legal experience focused on real estate, construction, and corporate law. He has successfully served a wide range of clients, including individuals, startups, small businesses, and large public companies. His legal background spans private practice, in-house roles, and public sector service. Brett’s work includes both transactional and advisory matters.

Brett earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 from Vanderbilt University. He later received his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. He is admitted to practice in the Indiana State Bar and in the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Brett has worked on diverse real estate matters, including residential, commercial, industrial, and retail projects. He has deep experience in leasing, acquisitions, development, and zoning. His legal services have supported both landlords and tenants and covered due diligence, easements, and construction contracts. His in-house role with a shopping center developer strengthened his retail real estate insight.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Brett brings deep experience in business law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting.
