Brenton began his academic journey at the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. During law school, he was recognized for excellence in trial advocacy and served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Denning at the Wake County Family Court.
Brenton deepened his legal expertise by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, one of the nation’s leading tax law programs. This advanced tax training enables him to navigate complex tax and estate planning issues, structure sophisticated asset protection strategies, and help clients reduce future tax liabilities and other financial burdens.
