Brent J. Huff

Brent J. Huff is an experienced criminal defense attorney committed to protecting the rights of individuals facing criminal charges. With years of experience in DUI, drug crimes, domestic violence, sex crimes, white-collar offenses, and expungements, he provides strong legal representation to his clients. As a member of the Utah State Bar and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), he remains active in the legal community, advocating for fair treatment under the law. Brent holds a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law (2017), where he gained hands-on experience in legal defense through internships. Before attending law school, he earned a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Utah (2008), sharpening his critical thinking and argumentation skills. He also obtained an A.A. from Metropolitan Community College (2006), forming a strong academic foundation for his legal career.

Brent started his legal journey as a Clinical Intern at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, the Utah Court of Appeals, and Hill Air Force Base Legal Services, where he worked on complex legal issues and gained valuable trial experience. After earning his law degree, he became an associate at Langford Legal (2017-2019) before establishing his own law practice. Later, he joined Langford-Ramos as “Of Counsel” in 2019.
