Brennan D. Heuser

Brennan D. Heuser is a personal injury attorney and partner dedicated to helping accident victims secure justice and fair compensation. A Colorado native, he brings a strong background in military service, national security, and legal advocacy to his practice. Brennan earned his J.D. from the University of Denver in 2019, where he served as Vice President of the Student Veterans Association and worked with the Veterans Advocacy Project to assist disabled veterans. He also holds an M.A. in National Security Affairs from the Institute of World Politics (2014) and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Miami (2006). His law, government, and security background gives him a unique perspective on personal injury cases.

Before becoming an attorney, Brennan served in the U.S. Army as a PSYOP Sergeant in an AIRBORNE unit from 2007 to 2012, deploying to Afghanistan and Pakistan under U.S. Special Operations Command. He is fluent in Farsi and Dari, having trained at the JFK Special Warfare Center. After his military service, he worked at the U.S. Department of State and Fulbright Board from 2014 to 2016, gaining valuable experience in diplomacy and public service.
