Andrew Sher

Andrew Sher is the founder of The Sher Law Firm, PLLC, representing clients in personal injury, environmental law, and civil trial litigation. With over 29 years of experience, he has built a reputation for securing multimillion-dollar recoveries in oil field accidents, trucking collisions, groundwater contamination, and toxic exposure injuries. His firm remains selective in its cases, ensuring personalized service and strong results for each client.

Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 and his B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Colorado, as well as multiple U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Before founding his firm in 2003, he spent a decade litigating cases with a nationally recognized civil trial law firm.

Andrew’s practice includes environmental litigation, where he has prosecuted cases involving pollution, aquifer contamination, CERCLA claims, and environmental crimes. He has led legal actions against oil and gas companies, pipeline operators, and corporations responsible for environmental damage. His deep understanding of technical and economic factors in environmental cases allows him to build strong legal strategies backed by expert testimony.
