Andrea G. Green has built a respected legal career representing individuals in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters. Over the years, she has handled claims before administrative agencies and courts, helping clients address complex legal issues and pursue fair outcomes. Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to serving people facing financial, workplace, and injury-related challenges.

Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. Following law school, she began her legal career assisting migrant farmworkers in Maryland and Delaware through the Legal Aid Bureau. This early experience helped shape her dedication to providing legal guidance to individuals in need.

Andrea went on to spend 17 years with the UAW Legal Services Plans, where she handled consumer-related legal matters for union members. She later expanded her practice by representing clients in consumer bankruptcy, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of legal settings while maintaining a focus on practical solutions and client advocacy.

Andrea is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland. She is also admitted to the United States District Courts for Delaware and Maryland, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Her broad admissions allow her to represent clients in both state and federal legal proceedings when matters require higher-level review or litigation.

Andrea has remained active within the legal community through her involvement with the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Delaware State Bar Association. She has also contributed significant service to Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., including serving as President of its Board of Directors during the 2010-2011 fiscal year. In addition, she has shared her knowledge through continuing legal education presentations on consumer bankruptcy and Delaware workers’ compensation topics.
