Bradley S. Zimmerman

Bradley S. Zimmerman is the managing partner at Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm in New York, New York, with decades of experience representing medical malpractice victims. His practice centers on birth injuries, including catastrophic trauma that leaves children with lifelong disabilities. He also handles hospital negligence, medical misdiagnosis, and nursing home neglect. His experience includes claims involving undiagnosed heart attacks, aortic aneurysms, strokes, avoidable amputations, and preventable vision loss from treatable infections.

Bradley earned his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1991. Bradley Zimmerman has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2014 and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He serves on the board of directors and the Medical Malpractice Committee of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He previously served on the board of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a longstanding member of the American Association for Justice.
