Bradley M. Beaman

Bradley M. Beaman is an Iowa attorney whose practice at Ahlers & Cooney, P.C.  focuses on litigation, construction law, and procurement and contracting lawsuits and disputes. He advises public and private clients on legal rights, litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. He represents clients in jury trials, bench trials, administrative proceedings, and arbitration involving complex disputes. His experience includes construction defects, contract and payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, professional liability, insurance coverage, and complex personal injury claims.

Bradley earned his J.D., with high honors, from Drake University Law School in 2005. He received his B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998. He was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2006 and practices before all state courts in Iowa. He is also admitted to both Iowa federal district courts and the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, supporting his broad litigation practice across jurisdictions.

Bradley advises clients on construction contracts, public bidding laws, Chapter 573 claims, procurement requirements, and risks associated with public improvement projects. He has also litigated employment matters involving discrimination, FMLA violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, unemployment claims, worker classification, and wage disputes.
