Bradley C. Giglio is a seasoned trial attorney whose career spans more than twenty years of dedicated advocacy. Bradley began his academic path with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning Dean’s List honors and participating in Big Ten Track and Field. He later obtained his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was the Client Counseling Champion and received the Rickert Public Service Award and the Altgeld Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship.

Bradley draws on extensive experience from roles such as Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County, legal intern positions with the U.S. Army JAG Corps and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and crisis negotiation training with the Critical Incident Response Group. This background allows him to handle complex matters ranging from Divorce and Family Law to Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Immigration.

Bradley has guided clients through high-stakes situations, including defending an Order of Protection through trial, appeal, and later extension, helping secure lasting safety for a mother and her children. He also halted a client’s deportation by preparing a detailed hardship submission and obtaining reinstatement of Permanent Resident status. In another case, he identified NICARA relief for a longtime resident whose Asylum claim was failing, successfully securing lawful status and keeping the family together.
