Brad H. Bearnson

Brad H. Bearnson is an accomplished attorney with broad experience across many areas of law. He represents clients in personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, business law, tax law, estate planning, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation at Bearnson & Caldwell, LLC. His practice focuses on helping injured people seek fair compensation for their losses after serious harm. Brad earned a B.A. in accounting from Utah State University in 1979 and received his Certified Public Accountant designation that same year. He then attended the University of Utah for law school, where he earned his J.D. in 1982. This training gave him a solid understanding of finance, taxes, and legal analysis. His education continues to support his work in complex injury, business, and commercial matters very effectively today.

Brad is admitted to practice in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. He appears often in both state and federal courts and is also admitted before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His legal career includes service as general counsel for Icon Health & Fitness, Inc., where he handled mergers and acquisitions, product liability claims, and employment matters. That role added valuable business insight to his litigation work, allowing him to understand legal problems from both the client’s and the company’s perspectives.
