Bindi Parikh is the Founding Partner of Parikh & Prasad, PC, where she leads the firm’s immigration practice with precision and care. Her focus includes employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, naturalization, appeals, and removal defense. Bindi holds a Master of Laws degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, completed in 2003. She earned her undergraduate degree from Mithibai College. Bindi’s extensive experience includes EB-1 and O-1 extraordinary ability visas, as well as E-1, E-2, and EB-5 investor-based petitions. Her background also includes complex H-1B, L-1, TN, and J-1 filings during her time with a global immigration law firm.
