Kristine Quint is an associate attorney at Cascadia Cross Border Law, where her practice focuses on immigration litigation, removal defense, asylum, and employment-based immigration. Kristine earned her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. She was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society for her leadership and scholarship and served as Notes & Comments Editor on the Lewis & Clark Law Review. She also participated in the Oxford/GWU International Human Rights Law program, studying refugee and human rights law.

Before joining Cascadia Cross Border Law, Kristine gained experience in civil litigation related to immigration issues in federal court. She is admitted to practice before the Alaska Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska. Her academic and litigation background strengthen her ability to navigate complex immigration legal challenges.

Kristine is licensed in Alaska and Washington ,D.C,. and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her current practice includes family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum representation, and high-level employment-based petitions such as EB-1 for individuals of extraordinary ability.

Among her representative works is Salad v. Department of Corrections, where Kristine filed and won an emergency habeas corpus petition, preventing an unlawful deportation and securing the client’s release. This case highlights her commitment to protecting the rights of vulnerable immigrants through strategic litigation.
