Glenda Regnart

Glenda McGraw Regnart serves as Counsel to the Firm at Cascadia Cross Border Law, LLC, where she focuses on advising criminal defense counsel on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Her practice includes removal defense, immigration detention issues, and expert legal opinions in crimmigration matters.

Glenda earned her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Louisiana College. Her interdisciplinary education supports her analytical approach to complex immigration law.

With approximately fifteen years of federal service, Glenda spent most of her government career with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She served in various roles at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, including Chief Counsel for the New Orleans Field Office. During this time, she prosecuted removal cases involving criminal aliens and national security issues.

At Cascadia Cross Border Law, Glenda brings deep institutional knowledge of immigration law and policy. She regularly provides training, mentorship, and written opinions for attorneys navigating the intersection of criminal and immigration law. Her insight helps defense counsel assess risk and plan effective legal strategies for noncitizen clients.
