Bina B. Palnitkar is a nationally recognized shareholder at Greenberg Traurig and serves as Co-Chair of the Texas Litigation Practice. Based in Dallas, she advises private equity firms, institutional investors, and global corporations in strategic legal matters. Her practice spans complex litigation, intellectual property, cross-border enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting litigation.
Bina received her J.D. and graduated with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif. She also holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Her early career in financial trading at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange equipped her with a keen understanding of risk, which she integrates into her legal strategy.
With a diverse portfolio, Bina represents clients in intellectual property disputes, real estate transactions, employment law, aviation, and fund formation. She is especially active in defending brands through injunctions and seizure actions as a member of the firm’s Anti-Counterfeiting group. She also serves as national settlement counsel for major medical device companies, structuring large-scale litigation resolutions.
