Bill Brady

William P. Brady, also known as Bill Brady, is senior counsel at Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC in Wilmington, Delaware. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, landlord-tenant law, property disputes, and civil litigation. He handles purchase and refinancing settlements and represents homeowners’ and condominium associations. His experience also includes the legal issues arising from ownership, leasing, management, and transfers of real property.

William earned a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1994 after completing a B.S. at Goldey-Beacom College in 1991. His legal education preceded more than 30 years of practice in Delaware. He has continued to work with real estate procedures and the litigation process across several Delaware courts. That background supports his ability to advise clients on transactions, court proceedings, and the legal obligations of property owners and associations.

William has represented clients before the Delaware Superior Court, Court of Chancery, Court of Common Pleas, and Justice of the Peace Courts. His practice includes commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, real estate closings, refinance transactions, association representation, and litigation over real property.
