Bijan Darvish

Bijan Darvish has built his legal career around defending employees across California who have faced workplace injustice. Before becoming an attorney, he spent more than a decade in law enforcement, where his commitment to justice began. During this time, he championed the rights of his colleagues by serving on the Board of Directors for two police associations, including holding the position of POA President. His leadership and advocacy experience in these roles laid the foundation for his dedication to fair treatment in the workplace.

Bijan pursued his legal education after retiring from law enforcement due to multiple back surgeries. He attended Whittier Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor Cum Laude. While studying law, he was recognized for academic excellence and received a merit scholarship along with Cali Awards for achieving the highest grades in Employment Law and Legal Writing. These honors reflect his dedication to mastering the principles that now guide his legal practice.

Bijan represents employees in a wide range of employment-related cases, including administrative hearings and civil claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. His approach emphasizes careful case preparation and a strong understanding of employment regulations to ensure every client’s rights are fully protected. He is also a panel attorney for PORAC-LDF and AOCDS (Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriffs), organizations that rely on his expertise to support their members in employment disputes.

Bijan Darvish additionally serves as counsel for several police associations, including the Inglewood Police Association, Gardena Police Officers’ Association, Hawthorne Police Officers’ Association, Huntington Beach Police Officers’ Association, and California City Police Officers’ Association. Through his legal representation, Bijan continues his lifelong mission to stand up for employees and uphold justice for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
