Kylie M. Waldrip

Kylie M. Waldrip was admitted to the Wyoming Bar in 2015 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming that same year. She has built her career through both legal practice and public service, developing a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and commitment to Wyoming’s legal community. Her work spans litigation, judicial appointments, and leadership within the state bar.

Kylie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Washington University in 2012 and subsequently completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Wyoming in 2015. Immediately following law school, she was appointed Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming, serving from 2015 to 2018 and gaining invaluable experience handling legal matters on behalf of the state.

In addition to her practice, Kylie has been actively engaged with the Wyoming State Bar. She currently serves on the Editorial Committee, the Client Protection Fund Committee, and the Board of Professional Responsibility, reflecting her dedication to maintaining high ethical and professional standards within the legal field. She is also a member of the Carbon County Bar Association, where she contributes to the local legal community.

Kylie M. Waldrip holds judicial responsibilities as a District Court Commissioner and a Circuit Court Magistrate for the Second Judicial District.
