Bibi Fell

Bibi Fell is a seasoned trial attorney focusing on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, sexual assault, and medical malpractice cases. With more than two decades of legal experience, she represents individuals and families affected by serious injuries and complex negligence claims. Bibi earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she served on the Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and was named to the Dean’s List. Her academic achievements reflect a strong foundation in legal research, analysis, and advocacy that continues to guide her legal practice.

Throughout her career, Bibi has secured numerous notable results in complex litigation matters. She served as lead trial counsel in a medical fraud case that resulted in a $105 million verdict. Her work also includes multiple multimillion-dollar settlements involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, and serious injury claims. Bibi Fell is also committed to advancing the legal profession through education and mentorship. She has taught Advanced Trial Advocacy at the University of San Diego School of Law and has served as a teaching fellow at the ABOTA Trial College at Harvard Law School.
