Arthur began his legal career in the United States Army after law school. He completed the Armor Basic Course at Ft. Knox, Airborne School at Ft. Benning, and the JAG Basic Course at the University of Virginia. He then served in the Judge Advocate General’s office at Ft. Benning as both a prosecutor and defense counsel. During this time, he handled serious and high-profile criminal cases, gaining valuable courtroom and litigation experience that later strengthened his practice.
