Peter F. Burger

Peter F. Burger is the Director, Corporate Department at Orr & Reno P.A., advises domestic and international clients on hospitality, mergers and acquisitions, business law, and succession planning. He assists buyers and sellers with complex business transactions, including acquisitions, sales, debt and private equity financing, and franchising. He has served as lead counsel in transactions involving hotel portfolios, supply businesses, management buyouts, and other commercial matters. His work focuses on creating value, certainty, and practical solutions for established business clients.

Peter earned his J.D., cum laude, from Washington College of Law, American University and his B.A., with high honors in Economics, from Clark University. He also studied at the University of St. Gallen Business School as a Fulbright-Hayes Scholar and later served as a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute in Munich. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, supporting his regional corporate and transactional practice.

Peter helps clients structure and implement sophisticated succession plans, particularly in the hospitality, automotive, and consumer product sectors.
