Bernadette R. Lee

Bernadette R. Lee is a highly respected attorney whose practice centers on family law and adoptions. With more than three decades of experience, she has developed extensive trial and appellate skills, representing clients before the First, Fourth, and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal. She has also successfully defended complex Hague Convention actions in federal court, making her a trusted advocate in both national and international family law disputes.

Ms. Lee earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University College of Law in 1993, where she contributed to the Loyola Law Review. Before pursuing law, she completed both her M.E. and B.S.E. degrees in Environmental Engineering at the University of Florida. This unique educational background equips her with strong analytical skills that enhance her ability to build clear, logical, and strategic arguments in high-stakes cases.
