Beatrice Cazeau

Beatrice Cazeau is the managing attorney of the Law Offices of Cazeau & Associates, PLLC in North Miami Beach, Florida. She represents clients in personal injury cases involving car and motorcycle accidents and slip-and-fall injuries. Her practice also includes divorce, paternity, child support, and criminal defense. In addition to private practice, she serves as a special magistrate for the City of North Miami and provides counsel to municipal boards in Miami Gardens.

Beatrice earned an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. She received her law degree from New England School of Law in Boston in 1999. Her criminal justice studies and legal training prepared her for work involving court proceedings, criminal charges, civil disputes, and municipal legal responsibilities. Her experience has since expanded across private representation and public service in South Florida.

Beatrice started her legal career as an assistant state attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office before entering private practice in 2002. She represents injured people and families in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, handling accident claims and domestic relations disputes as well as criminal cases. Her municipal work includes service as legal counsel to the Nuisance Abatement Board and Unsafe Structures Board for the City of Miami Gardens.

Beatrice Cazeau previously served as president of the Haitian Lawyers Association and helped establish the Haitian American Leadership Organization, which supports educational opportunities. Her community work has also included positions with Legal Services of Greater Miami and domestic violence oversight initiatives. She has received recognition for civic and professional service and regularly provides public legal education. Beatrice combines litigation experience, municipal service, and community leadership while representing clients in injury, family, and criminal matters.
