Ayan began her career by clerking at boutique immigration law firms in Atlanta and Nashville, including Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, Bone McAllester Norton, PLLC, and Ibarhim & Rao, LLP. In these roles, she worked on business immigration, asylum, and removal defense cases. Her legal journey continued as she founded her own immigration law practice in Atlanta, handling a wide range of immigration matters with diligence and precision.

Ayan brings a strong global perspective to her work, informed by her experience teaching English at Yidu Foreign Language School in Yidu, Hubei, China.
