Austin Grabowski

Austin Grabowski is a Charlotte business attorney and the founder of Grabowski Law Firm, PLLC. He works with businesses and individuals who need legal guidance on practical problems, transactions, and growth opportunities. His approach combines experience in large-firm secured transactions with more direct client representation. He established his firm in 2020 to provide businesses with hands-on legal advice shaped by both commercial needs and the demands of legal compliance. Austin earned a B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law in 2017, where he was active in student organizations. His law school activities also included service on the Honor Court and receipt of a Constitutional Law Book Award. At Campbell, he served as president of the Intellectual Property Law Society and vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

After law school, Austin clerked for Superior Court Judge Eric Levinson, gaining experience in legal research, drafting, and court proceedings. He then worked in the secured transactions department of a national law firm before joining a smaller practice. This background gives him experience with both formal financial transactions and the day-to-day needs of clients seeking responsive counsel. His practice addresses business concerns that require planning, negotiation, and legal judgment.

Austin Grabowski is admitted in North Carolina and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina. His pro bono work has included Counsel for Children’s Rights and ABA Free Legal Answers or Legal Aid of North Carolina volunteer service. He was inducted into the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society for 2019, 2020, and 2021, reflecting a professional commitment beyond his commercial practice.
