Austin began his academic path at the University of Louisville, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in history in 2021, graduating with honors. He then continued his Juris Doctor at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. There, he excelled in his studies, earning a CALI Award in Workers’ Compensation Law and making the Dean’s List in the fall of 2023. He completed his law degree in 2024, again graduating with honors.

Austin’s passion for personal injury law grew from a deep personal loss—his stepmother’s tragic death in a pedestrian accident. That experience shaped his legal mission and allowed him to understand the pain many of his clients feel. He uses that connection to advocate with clarity, compassion, and persistence, helping clients through the legal process with both skill and empathy.

While attending law school, Austin gained valuable hands-on experience working on personal injury cases. This included direct exposure to complex litigation and trial preparation, providing him with real-world training before becoming a licensed attorney. He worked closely with experienced trial lawyers, sharpening his ability to fight for client rights in and out of the courtroom.
