Adam S. Kutner

Adam S. Kutner is the founder of Adam S. Kutner, Injury Attorneys, a leading personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Southern Nevada. With more than three decades of experience, Adam has built a reputation for aggressive advocacy and compassionate client care, helping accident victims secure just compensation for their injuries.

A Philadelphia native, Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988. He later completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. That same year, he was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, launching his legal career in Las Vegas.

Adam’s career began as an insurance defense attorney, giving him firsthand knowledge of insurers’ strategies for minimizing payouts. He later used this insight to establish his own firm in 1992, dedicated solely to helping personal injury victims. His practice includes cases involving auto accidents, catastrophic injuries, nursing home abuse, product liability, and wrongful death, among others.

Adam S. Kutner has successfully handled tens of thousands of injury cases. His strong command of Nevada law and court systems enables him to advocate effectively for maximum settlements.
