Aryeh Leichter, Esq., is the founder of Leichter Law Firm, APC, where he represents California employees in workplace disputes. His practice includes employment law, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, misclassification, severance agreements, and employment contract disputes. He also handles collective and class actions involving workplace rights. He works directly with clients from the beginning of a matter through resolution, including negotiation, litigation, and court proceedings when necessary. Mr. Leichter earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in finance, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University. He completed both his undergraduate and legal education in New York before returning to California to practice employment law. His academic background in finance and law supports his work on wage, compensation, contract, and other employment-related disputes requiring detailed legal and financial analysis.
